Relationship Architect Academy LLC was born out of a deep desire to transform organizations' operations, not just by improving processes but by fostering genuine connections between leaders and their teams. Founded by Anita Charlot, a pioneering leader with over 20 years of experience in relationship coaching, the Academy is built on the belief that authentic, compassionate relationships drive successful businesses
—both within the organization and with its clients.
Our Founder’s Journey
Anita Charlot’s journey began long before Relationship Architect Academy LLC was established. It started in 1999 as a Dating and Relationship Coaching business.
With a rich background in corporate leadership and interpersonal relationship coaching, Anita spent years witnessing the challenges faced by leaders who struggled to connect with their teams in meaningful ways. She saw the impact of disconnected leadership—lower employee engagement, high turnover rates, and an overall lack of fulfillment at work.
Recognizing the critical need for change, Anita dedicated herself to developing a unique approach that blends leadership development with relationship coaching. Her vision was clear: to create a space where leaders could learn to lead with empathy, inclusivity, and authenticity, fostering workplaces where every employee feels valued and heard.
Building a Movement: From Vision to Reality
What began as a personal mission soon evolved into a movement. In 2019, Relationship Architect Academy LLC was officially launched with the goal of transforming corporate cultures one relationship at a time. The Academy quickly gained recognition for its innovative programs, including the award-winning Conversations in Color™ workshops and the R.E.A.L. Talk Conversation Series™.
These programs, designed to address the unique needs of diverse teams, have helped countless organizations create more inclusive and harmonious work environments.

Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of our ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, our company recently embarked on a unique initiative to support the Aetas, an indigenous Black community living in the remote mountains of the Philippines. Informed by insights from our dedicated assistant, who lives in the Philippines and revealed the existence and challenges of these marginalized groups, our team was inspired to take immediate action. We organized a trip where my assistant and her family distributed over 80 copies of our "Coloring Her Dreams™" coloring books and provided food to feed 150 people. This effort was not just about charity but about inspiring young minds. The coloring books, which feature illustrations of little girls who resemble them, were chosen to affirm their identity and potential, instilling a sense of possibility and aspiration among the children, many of whom have limited access to formal education.
This initiative reflects our broader strategy to empower underrepresented communities globally, acknowledging the parallels in the discrimination faced by Aetas "Negritos" and marginalized groups worldwide. By integrating our business capabilities with social investments, we strive to create sustainable impacts that transcend conventional business boundaries, embodying the spirit of social responsibility. For every workshop attendee, we pledge to provide a one-to-one match of meals, clothing, coloring books, and school supplies to support the Aetas children. This holistic approach underscores our dedication to promoting diversity and actively contributing to the upliftment and empowerment of marginalized communities across the globe.
