Planning for a life together can be exciting and terrifying at the same time. Those feelings of insecurities, trust issues, ex-girlfriends/boyfriends/wives/husbands residual energy and fear of commitment that we didn't allow ourselves to feel during the dating and engagement phase often creep up and sting like heck if not addressed before you say I do.
That's why I believe premarital coaching is so important.
Why work with a dating and relationship coach?
To take time to work through any open-ended issues, questions or reservations that you may have before walking down the aisle.
The challenge is not finding a coach to work with but in choosing the RIGHT coach to work with. Think about it...why would you work with a coach that has yet to have a successful relationship, let alone a successful marriage? What can they teach you about the truth of being in the trenches with your spouse?

During our time together, we role play, have the hard discussions, healing and forgiveness takes place (of yourself and others) and you learn how to avoid the pitfalls in the beginning which will set you up for greater success as you continue to build your life together.

I'm not only a Dating and Relationship Coach that has been in the business of Healing Hearts, Building Relationships and Mending Marriages since 1999. I am also a woman that has failed in love, many times and a domestic abuse survivor who understands all too well the importance of having the right conversations and choosing the right spouse, the first time and I am here to help you do the same.
There are several premarital coaching options to choose from:
- 2.5 Hour Quick Solution Premarital Session - For those couples that want to address the small or surface issues prior to saying I Do.
- This is FOR the couple that has been together long enough to have talked through and grown through any residual negative energy from their past relationships; including situations with each other. There are a few loose ends you would like to address prior to saying I DO. We can do that in this session.
- This is NOT FOR the couple that maybe rushing into things; you could run the risk of covering up the symptoms and not being adequately prepared for the underlying problems that often surface after saying I Do.
***If at the end of your session you realize that you would like to take a deeper dive, you will receive a 30% discount as you move to the next program level.
- 6 - Session Premarital Program - For those couples that are determined to walk into their marriage with a long-lasting strategy.
- Provides a more intense “deep-dive” and prepares you to face possible challenges. This program is NOT FOR the "super-sensitive" you MUST be...
- Ready to hear the “truth” about yourselves and about what lies ahead for you.
- Willing to take the time necessary to do the work before you say I DO.
- To “talk through” and “grow through” things together at a deeper level.
- If this description scares you, then you're definitely not ready to be married.
- This program will uncover and unmask those things that could potentially become problematic.
- 12 - Premarital Sessions Program - For the couple that is still in the engagement phase and have not yet set a date but want to begin working through more challenging experiences.
- This program provides the same level of deep-dive as the 6 - Premarital Sessions Program but is broken down into 8 couples sessions and 2-individual sessions per person.
- This assures that both parties are able to receive the individual nurturing and support that they need.
As premarital coaching clients of mine you and your fiance will be given access to…
- A Premarital Coaching Membership Portal where you can view videos, download other resources available to assist you in your journey.
- Since all sessions are delivered by phone or via Zoom (online video platform), you two will be given access to the a Dropbox folder where you will find your couples sessions recordings (recordings for individual sessions will not be shared for confidentiality purposes.)
- Access to the portal and all recordings will be available for you to download up to 30 days after your program ends. At that time, all recordings will be deleted and irretrievable.
- You also have email/text access to me throughout our time together. This is helpful in emergency situations if one of you needs a little additional help getting you through the "rough patches," to clarify homework assignments and to provide notice of the need to cancel (please be sure to read the client contract, privacy policy and terms and agreements so that you are clear on excessive use and the cancellation policy.)
After you purchase your program, you will receive an email asking for your availability to schedule your Discovery call and someone from my office will email you with further instructions and login information.

Why am I smiling so much in this picture?
Because I wasn't always lucky in love. I have been cheated on, lied to, thoroughly confused and I've had my heart broken to the point of no return.
I am also a domestic abuse survivor; having to pick up the pieces of my life after finding the courage to leave that marriage with my two young sons in tow.
I have searched high and low for love, all types of people, social statuses, education levels, financial positions, etc. Only to find myself alone again. If you've read my book, The 5 Phases of Dating - The Grown-Ass Woman's Guide to Attracting and Maintaining Authentic Relationships, then you are familiar with my story.
And THEN, I even resolved within my spirit that I was not meant to have romantic LOVE in my life; that my role was to be there for other women and help them find the love they wanted by sharing all of the pain that I had experienced.
Any of this sound familiar? Sis, that was my fear, my pain and my disappointment talking. Thank goodness I didn't listen.
Instead of sulking and being a broken woman, I went on a healing tour. I sought out a variety of licensed therapist, psychoanalyst, psychiatrists, LCSW's, ministers, etc. I wanted to feel whole again and finally heal my heart. It wasn't until I was introduced to a Metaphysician that it clicked for me.
She was able to connect the dots from my head to my heart by helping me get clear on the spirit of who I was; by helping me grow through my past pain (and anger) and by giving me the practical and spiritual tools that I still use today.
Because of my work with her, I went on to continue to do the emotional, mental and spiritual work on me so that I could be the coach that women (and a few smart men) like me needed. In my business I combine over 25 years of training/study of Metaphysics, Spiritual concepts and exercises as well as NLP techniques to bring about the healing that my clients so desperately need.
I'm smiling because...over the past 20 years I've healed hundreds of hearts, built hundreds of relationships and mended several marriages. Not only that but I've even attracted, maintained and married the love of my life. And I can help you do the same...IF you're ready for a mind, body and spirit mind shift.
