Most would describe me as a "brutally honest" mother, wife, and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
I am the proud Founder and CEO of Relationship Architect Academy™, creator of The Happy Executive Woman® podcast and movement, the award-winning R.E.A.L. Talk Conversation Series™, the Conversations in Color™ corporate workshop series.
With over 20years of experience in various military, corporate leadership and executive coaching positions, I have dedicated my career to empowering multicultural women to excel in leadership roles while maintaining a fulfilling personal life.
My passion for inclusion drives me to create supportive communities where every woman can thrive.
I hold a B.S. in Management, and a B.S. in Metapyhysics with a focus in Interpersonal Relationships and have been honored with many military awards, which have further fueled my commitment to this mission.
Through The Happy Executive Woman® movement, membership, and podcast, I strive to provide invaluable resources, executive coaching, mentorship, and a vibrant network that helps women executives and their allies achieve their highest potential with joy and resilience with straight-talk and honest feedback.
