Just In Time Coaching is the most convenient and affordable way to connect with Coach Anita — all from the privacy of your device.

You can send her text, audio, picture, and video messages at any time, and she will respond daily 5 days/week. If you’re looking for an occasional “face-to-face” coaching experience, she also offers a la carte Live Video Sessions so you can plan to connect in real-time.

You can expect a response 5 days a week from Coach Anita within a 2-4 hour window depending on the time your message is sent.

The 30-Minute video sessions are $75/each. 

Should you desire more than one video session per month, you are encouraged to purchase a full Elite Coaching program which includes the Just In Time Coaching at no extra charge.
